A properly refurbished used laser costs a fraction of a new one and does the same job, provided someone has had the covers off before it's sold. That is exactly what we do: tube measured, optics checked, a test cut before the machine goes anywhere.

Buy a used laser without an overhaul and you're buying a question mark in a box. Every machine that leaves us goes through the same list, and the measurements travel with it.

Buying second-hand with your eyes open
How much wattage do I actually need?
Power decides how thick a material you can cut, not how good your engraving looks. Tell us the thickest material you need to get through in a single pass; that number decides the machine.
What warranty do refurbished machines come with?
Six months on our refurbished used machines. On top of that you have technical support after delivery: questions about controls or settings go to the people who overhauled the machine.
Can you test the machine on my own material?
Yes. Send us a sample before delivery and we'll run the test cut on it. It's the only reliable way to know the machine will do what you need.
Does a used machine come with a new tube?
Not automatically. The tube is measured and you are given the figure. If it's too weak, it is refilled or replaced, and that is shown on the quote rather than buried in the price.

A refurbished machine is a starting point. What makes it last is the support around it: parts you can get, a source that can be refilled, and regular servicing.

Your source refilled in 3 to 7 working days, or a 1:1 exchange from stock dispatched within 24 hours, subject to availability. Same price for both.
